他是攀通府著名的 森林修行系高僧。
此牌于 佛历 2561 年（2018 年） 为庆祝师父 88 岁寿辰 而特别制作，
作为纪念并分赠给虔诚信众与弟子。
佛牌为 半身肖像造型，
面容与僧衣细节清晰，
材质为 白色圣粉，可见均匀分布的圣料颗粒，
体现了该寺系传统圣料配方。
粉质细腻厚实，保持原始状态，未曾使用。
背面刻有 圣符（Yantra）与吉祥符文，

This powder amulet with a half-length portrait of Phra Khru Athorn Thammapinit (Phor Than Ueam Pachoto)—a respected forest-practice meditation master from Phatthalung—was created in B.E. 2561 (2018) to commemorate his 88th birthday.
